Madden 26 MANY ISSUES

My Madden 26 freezes and boots me out of the entire system if I go to favorites in playbook. The franchise mini games glitch constantly. Defenders bounce off ball carriers. The game just has so many bugs and issues an I’ve dealt with it for months with NONE of it being resolved with updates. EA won’t contact me back about issues. Need help.
