Madden 26 missing players from depth chart

Currently playing franchise mode and I'm in week 17 on PlayStation 5.

I'm playing with the Dallas Cowboys and when I start a game my top five receivers are missing during the game. 

I verified that they are not on the injury report. I Auto reordered the depth chart. Then did it again manually and my receivers aren't showing up. 

I have wear and tear turned off so it's not that either. 

It's so bad it's to the point where when I start a game my back up quarterback, and 2 corner backs are lining up at WR. On top of that my Tight ends are doing the same with my RT often times replacing my top tight end

In the attached images below you will see my actual depth chart but also the lined up on the field is my number four receiver, my number four tight end and my starting corner back.
