Madden 26 Superstar has so many bugs!

I wanted to make a cornerback superstar player so when i went to switch a had an endless loop of retrieving data errors, and I had to restart my Madden. I let it go for a few days and tried again and it didn't work! So today I decided to delete and reinstall my madden, and that STILL didn't work. Then I read something about changing an appearance like a tattoo, or a hairstyle on your current superstar athlete so I tried that and it wouldn't even show me the preview of the style options! This is absurd and I've seen so many posts about the problem going back to Madden 24. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.
