Madden 26 Superstar Mode Not working: “An error has occurred. Please Try Again”

This is absolutely ridiculous. Superstar mode is my favorite part of Madden and the main reason I paid $60 for the game. For the past two months I have not been able to play superstar mode because of some glitch or bug. Everytime I click on superstar the screen just turns blacks and says “an error has occurred. Please try again.” This has been going on for two months now and I have not been able to play my favorite mode. From what I have seen online people have gotten no fixes and EA doesn’t even seem to care about the situation. I need my game fixed soon because the fact I paid $60 to not access my favorite ascot of the game is outrageous.
