Madden 26 Switch 2 - Broken Kicking System

Having the same problem. Struggling to score any extra points or FGs

same issue, though it's less problematic with the "tap and hold" way of kicking, than with the "tap and tap", which is a nightmare

If you're anything like me you haven't played Madden in a while & maybe still thinking the kick meter works by stopping it at the top. I was doing the exact same thing at first & had to look it up....if you do it shanks on purpose; this kick meter operates more like trying to green a shot in 2K (if you've played it). Try to let go while it's in the green about 3/4 of the way up while aiming & it should work. I went from not being able to hit a PAT to hitting 51 yd FGs

Same exact issues. I can practice my kicks and the situation is wildly different online. I just stopped attempting them all together. Kick off is fine and practice is fine. 

“Show off” challenge on the switch 2 is also not registering for the third star. I’ve tried multiple attempts, stuck at 2. 

As far as in game kicks, I found switching to the ‘press and press’ helps. But it’s still inconsistent. Switch 2 seems as though it registers a stick input even when none are pressed.  A+ otherwise.
