Madden unplayable on PC

I have madden 26 on the Ps5 and the PC. PS5 smooth perfect performance. PC horrible. Stutters when the qb throes the ball mostly then randomly throughout the game. Ive went through all forums, done all settings recommended for my pc. Still nothing changes. It is not my pc, it can run gta 5 on high setting with 160fps. No chance the game should have more load the gta 5. Im currently on all medium graphics settings with extras turned off and still unplayable. Ive seen MANY other reports about this too, is this EVER going to be fixed for PC??
