Madden26 has been absolutely unplayable since the last update. Again!!!!!

Madden twenty six has been absolutely unplayable since the last update. This has happened numerous times over the years, and company support for this faulty product is almost nonexistent. I know that at some point in the season for at least the last five iterations of this game , the same issue happens and the company rarely makes it right for the customer. I can't tell you how many times I have paid for a season pass and there are constant crashing issues where it makes the game unplayable , and I have never once received a refund for that season pass. I am thankful that I had not paid for this one yet. I am also thankful that today I've made the decision that this company will never ever receive any of my money again for any of their products or services because of their shameful support or lack of. The only way the behavior will change is for people to stop buying their product.
