MADDEN26 MUT UPGRADE

why won’t it let me upgrade my players in MUT? It’s as though my bumper button and not work once I get to the “upgrade” or “attributes” pages where I NEED the bumpers to work to scroll to the correct tab. I don’t even care at this point for annonimity so if anyone finds the solutions email me [edit: email address removed]
