Made extra point did not count

I was furious when it happened so I had to pause and wait. It was a routine extra point and it went down the middle and seemed to even have enough power to hit the back net, but I saw the two officials signal no good. I didn't get the point, The Eagles celebrated, I'm now confused more than upset and want to know has anyone out there experienced this? I will also leave a slighter longer version in the attachment.
