Media Questions not unlocking.

My superstar is at level 9 influence with Media, but the additional answers are still locked. My console has been hard restarted twice since I first encountered this issue, and yet it persists. Anybody else come across this and find a fix?

My superstar is RB in Rookie year, just completed regular season. Hit level 8 Media influence at week 12 and level 9 at week 15. Playing on Xbox SeriesX
