Missing Twitch MCS Stream Content

I am also facing this issue, I contacted support who asked me to come here. Not sure if we are ever going to get them tbh

So I watched the MCS and I doubled checked and my PlayStation account and my twitch account are linked. When I claimed my rewards I never got them I just want that Kyle Hamilton, how can i get that fixed?

Same here, watched until early hours of the morning as I’m based in the UK and was unable to claim Kyle hamilton as it kept erroring saying not available even though it was ready to claim, please can someone reach out to me so I can get this card, I’ve spoken to twitch support who has said this is an EA problem so please can someone reach out to me 

Hello , I linked my twitch to my ps5 yet when I claimed my rewards I only received 2 packs in madden  ,I’m missing 2 packs and Kyle Hamilton is there a way to reclaim them items so I can receive them?

I am still waiting on my free Kyle Hamilton, why is it taking so long

I never received Kyle Hamilton after watching the MCS for over 2.5 hours I claimed the item in twitch, it is even under claimed items in twitch along with the other packs from the MCS that I never received as well. I have waited over 24 hours I have checked item binder in madden still no Kyle Hamilton.
