Re: Can't purchase undercity key stater pack

While playing in the Trick-or-Treat (CPU), you start from a random house on Shadowbrook Circle. As you complete the event (3x), you earn candy to spend in the store as well as a new key to another random house, but on Grimhollow Lane. Again, as you complete the event (3x) you make progress towards the next set of houses on Duskmire Drive and the rewards get better with progression. When you get to the Undercourt Avenue set of houses you have tougher game modifiers, for example the "high chance to fumble". I personally, don't like that modifier as I've lost more times than winning all 3. So, here's the bug... I decided not to waste a lot of time and just sell the 415 Undercourt Avenue Key for 5 candy. Go to the store and buy a new Shadow Circle key for 50 candy. In doing this you are faced with it being LOCKED out, you can't purchase a new key as the game says you already own a key to use. I've tried entering each house but have no key and can't participate. I've checked my binder and nada. I've restarted my PS5, closed the game out ... still nada. No key and no way to purchase the key in the store for 50 candy. I've reported this to the Support Team. Hopefully, it will be resolved quickly.

Same issue. I want to grind for Candy, but can't even buy a **bleep** key because it says I have one, but I don't
Come on, EA, wake the **bleep** up and fix your game. A middle school coder can fix this **bleep**

I'm still unable to purchase the Most Feared Udercity Key Starter Pack from the store. Error Message - LOCKED You already have a key to use!. Click ok. Back out of store , check binder with filters for most feared. no key found. Go to Trick or Treat CPU and try to enter each house only to be given the error message REQUIRED ITEM This item is required as payment. Options are find this item and cancel
Option 1 Find this item. Error Message Received No Items found. Please adjust your search filters and try again. Filters are all set to All, search bar blank.
Option 2 - Cancel Back out to select game mode within the Trick or Treat CPU.. Try joining each address only to receive the same error messages over and over. No Key, and no ability to purchase the Most Feared Undercity Key Starter Pack... with 10 days, 21 hrs left on event. I'm losing valuable playing time in this event.. Moderators, Tech Support.. Please reach out to me to resolve this as quickly as possible.. Thank You

I've further tested trying to resolve the issue myself. I went into safe mode on the PS5 and cleared my cache and rebuilt my database. It did not resolve the issue where I'm unable to buy the Most Feared Key Starter Pack from the store.. Same error as before. LOCKED, You already have a key to use!. Though, there is no key in my binder, nor a pack containing a key, as well as no key used to access one of the address in the Trick or Treat CPU event. Everyone affected by this should be compensated with some sort of Most Feared Pack , or (x) amount of candy. I'm currently playing in Solo Champions Hard, Solo Seasons The League, and have completed all levels of The Run multiple times. I use all player cards I win, and convert those into Training Points. I then purchase a 82+ Ovr Most Feared Player Pack for 890 Training and based on RNGesus I either convert these into Candy, or sell if they are 87 ovr
