PC LAG AND STUTTERING
Ok so you guys know about this problem said you were trying to fix it haven’t said anything since pc players haven’t played the game in weeks because of this and you guys haven’t made a fix or anything you said something that don’t work for online games at this point we deserve a refund or something in exchange for the time you guys havent fix this issue for a company that makes games and don’t give a **bleep** is crazy this needs to be fixed asap or start giving money back because I’m ready to disput every charge I have for ea because your game doesn’t work
Not receiving ranked rewards
I waited eagerly for the ranked rewards for weeks because I reached champion rank, but I have still yet to receive the rewards. I see that you may have to play a game to receive them but I don’t want to drop a reward because I’m only one game into champion and I worked really hard to get there and would be really sad if I demoted just trying to claim the rewards.Pumpkin Patch Promo Rewards Ripoff
Has anyone like myself got cheated out of Pumpkin Patch Rewards, received 3500 candy yet in rewards it states once you finish all levels you are now 100% guaranteed an Ltd, and to go a step farther ones who do regularly objectives and finish them and only received 3500 candy from Pumpkin Patch Promo go check in the Field Pass of the pumpkin patch rewards and see if it says like mine that your 100% guaranteed to receive Ltd I contacted EA about this but if it’s not a major problem they don’t put much effort into resolving problems which yous probably know but im just trying to make it a big problem if it really is so Ea puts more efforts into correcting it…….Will we get a make it right or ? Plus missing packs from epic challenges
Fifth place got 2,000 coins smh thankfully I didn’t spend much time playing will we get this fixed or did they pretty much play us 🤣 I see a lot of others are dealing with this too .. I’ve also done epic challenges and am missing 7,500 coins and two dif packs smhRanked Rewards Mess Up
I was Champion 1 and jumped into a game when the session had clearly reset as it showed 29 days left in that session. And I was given the tier below (89 overal) rewards. I have proof of my level and would appreciate the appropriate rewards for all the time i put into your product.STILL MISSING RANKED REWARD!!!!
I’m posting this to bring attention to an issue that EA seems determined to ignore. There is a significant number of players still missing their Madden Ranked Reward cards, and EA has shown little to no effort in resolving it. I’ve personally opened multiple support cases, and was eventually assigned a case manager named Neel. Initially, I believed this meant EA was taking my issue seriously. Unfortunately, it’s become clear that this was just a tactic to stop me from opening new cases — not to actually help. Despite being promised compensation by another EA rep (Manjeet), I’ve received no updates, no resolution, and no transparency. Neel acknowledged the issue but later contradicted the original promise, saying there’s no compensation plan. Since then, I’ve been completely ignored. It’s obvious EA wants affected players to simply give up and accept that we won’t receive the rewards we earned — or any compensation for the inconvenience. This is unacceptable. I’m disgusted by the lack of communication, transparency, and accountability from the EA Madden team. We deserve better. If you’re also missing your ranked rewards, speak up. Let’s make sure this issue doesn’t get swept under the rug. EA, do better.
Anyone noticing on kickoffs the outside players run out of bounds.
Every time I kickoff left or right and if I do normal or deep kick the outside player runs out of bounds. Middle it seems ok but weird on those kicks. I have read this has happened a bit over the years, and is their something I need to do?MADDEN ULTIMATE TEAM “LINEUP” glitch
So I have seen a few forums on this bug, I have spoken to representatives and no fix in site as of now, I was told to post this on forums and help up-vote similar posts here to bring more attention to it. For me it’s been 3-4 days and for others a few weeks. The issue is we can not access our lineup within our ultimate teams without an error occurring and kicking us out of ultimate team. No matter what avenue we take whether through the my team tab under “lineup” or even if we start a game and chose “lineup” and try to edit it that way. Anyway we attempt to change our lineup the same error occurs and we are booted out. It seems it’s on the side of EA and that a solution would be for them to reset our lineup on their end due to gaps in our own lineup chasing the bug. If anyone sees this please upvote it so they can see this issue and resolve it as quickly as they can!Missing Ltd from vip beta program sweepstakes and a little venting
Honestly I know it been like this for years but it’s highly unacceptable for a billion dollar company to do this to us especially with the Tristian McCollum and now this most feared vip sweepstakes but honestly I know I’m not the only one that feels like this I think 99% of madden players also feel the way that I feel but I just think that we have to spend money to get there attention but when it’s free and is supposed to go directly to our account we don’t get it right away or they give it to us when the market crashes especially today when the cards and market for most feared ltds have already crashed
