Wrongfully suspended account not even being looked at by EA?
My account was suspended on November 21, 2025 for "Coin distribution" in which I have never bought or sold coins. I had over 1000+ hours on madden 26 with over 70M coins from working the auction house. I have put in around 10-25 appeals regarding this and asking EA to please look at it seriously. I have made many EA support chats and talked with agents in which they tell me to just go through the process with the TOS team in which I have every time I get the same response saying they have looked over it and feel the ban is justified. I know for a fact the ban cannot be justified and I have seen so many other people within the community with the same problems. I just do not understand how im not able to talk to someone about this problem i have. I cant even talk with the TOS team as they say they are not showing my any evidence regarding the suspension. Today I received this email saying they are never looking at it again basically telling me to stop appealing. How can that make any sense for someone that buys ones product and spends their time on it to basically say we don't want to help you stop appealing? If anybody at EA or with EA connections happens to see this I would really like to talk about this but im sure nothing will be done about this sadly. I beat tier 1 of the event going 10-1 never received my token I did get my snow but wondering where my token is. I’ve heard to restart the app or check the season 4 events field pass neither of those worked for me unfortunately would love to get the token to get Parham considering multiple people received a second token a few days ago but I haven’t even gotten one, also so many times when exciting the game it just doesn’t count the win I don’t think it should be this hard to figure out [CM - updated thread title for visibility]This game will cheat you.
The way the adaptive AI that kicks in and just helps an opponent when they can’t stop a play or they having a hard time on offense or defense and just the CPU start playing way different than before. It’s crazy work and a total scam the way this game help folks win a game. Play a game season player Davante Adams burned anybody that lined up on him beat any coverage man or zone I’m talking about one play touchdowns. Moss is 99 speed no press or nothing. This game is a joke. I see why it’s a lot of cheese plays in this game.
completed a run of the event w/o losing, and I'm no token has been received.
I'm experiencing an issue in Madden NFL 26, where I completed a run of the event without losing, but I haven't received the event token yet. Under Zero Chill H2H The Season of Taking, right away after ending the 10-0 run, and it's been days, no awards received. I play on PC can someone assist me before the season ends? I finished the month at the champion level and when I came to collect my rewards the only way to refresh the season was to start a new game. I figured this game would count for the next session as it said there were 30 days remaining so I just quit the game. Doing this lowered my rank to hero finishing the season at that level and then still counted as a loss in the new season… cmonnn eaEA Fix Your Tournaments
I'm just playing one of the PlayStation tourneys and I'm doing pretty good. I end up winning three games in a row, so I'm feeling pretty good. Then I go into the waiting room for semi-finals. I end up getting put on a waiting screen for 30 minutes. Then after all that I end getting a message saying. You're out of the playoffs which is delusional, considering my opponent only got 1 Touchdown in the full tournament before our match moves on to the finals. I would also like to point out that this is not the first time this has happened. First time I let it slide, but this was for a reward.
MUT SQUADS DOES NOT WORK WHEN PLAYING WITH FRIENDS
THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ITS ACTUALLY UNREAL HOW MANY BUGS AND GLITCHES ARE IN THIS MADDEN THIS YEAR THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIS GAME JUST HOW MUCH THEY CAN SQUEEZE PEOPLE FOR MONEY THE ONLY REASON I PLAY ULTIMATE TEAM IS SO ME AND MY FRIENDS CAN PLAY SQUADS ITS ONE OF MY FAVORITE THINGS TO PLAY ON MADDEN AND IT DOES NOT WORK EVERYTIME WE SEARCH FOR A GAME YOU GET AN ERROR SAYING THE SERVERS CAN NOT PROCESS THE REQUEST AT THIS TIME BUT WHEN YOU SEARCH WITHOUT YOUR FRIEND TO FIND A RANDOM TEAMMATE IT WORKS AND THEN ALSO WHEN YOU FINALLY SOMEHOW GET INTO A GAME WITH YOUR FRIENDS YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR CAMERA ANGLE IN GAME EA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT US AT ALLEa why are yall choosing what packs I get?
This has happened 2 times now playing ultimate team where I earn a pack and in this case I earned it from y’all’s field pass it was a 90+ bnd or a 93 bnd I got the 93 bnd and your servers kicked me out of the game with a screen saying “this item isn’t available anymore” log back in and it was like it was never there from the start I’ve never had this problem in the actual 12+ years I’ve played madden and the 9 years I’ve played ultimate team how is it that it’s the newest version of the game and yall have found a way to create new problems?Ranked RP wasn't registering during end of H2H Ranked Split.
So I was at 3189 RP and Champion III, one win off from reaching Top 100. I played a game and didn't earn any RP from it. I played another and thought maybe it'd register but I won that game and didn't earn anything either. I even played a third game and lost and didn't even lose RP for that. Now the ranked split is finished and It said I got the 94 overall reward when I definitely should've earned Top 100 I put alot of time and effort into reaching Top 100 this split and getting my reward, so to know EA somehow messed up being the reason I'm genuinely upset. Game's 59 - 61 were the games no RP were registered.
Zero Chill Stat not tracking correctly
The stat is Rushing yards with 4+ zero chill players. Tracks in any UT game mode. I have 14 Zero chill players in my line up and it's only giving 8% progress not matter what mode you rush in. I rushed for 75 yards in a challenge and it gave me 6 yards. that's 8%. I rushed for 1,100 in a vs. cpu game and it only gave me 88 yards. All the other stats tracked just fine it's just this one and it's hindering me getting rewards. Please fix it. I was able to complete the season pass weekly rushing stat tracker, that one works. But this one is a no go.Not getting credit for playing the cpu events
I play the events ( cpu and h2h) but I never get credit for them in my season event pass nor does my event pass go up. Usually my event pass does go up just not this season but I never get credit for winning or playing the games. Does anyone have an idea why? Appreciate any help
