Position Heroes Dailies
Position Heros Dailies is not tracking correctly. The 'daily' objective registers and has for the last 3 days (i.e. I have been getting the 1000 coins each day). But the objective that tracks the cumulative total is stuck on 1 when it should be at 3.... Anyone else having this issue?Twitch stream June 4th
Got to 97% after watching the entire stream because it didn’t start tracking on time again! This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. Twitch is set up to give us some leeway and you guys stop streaming and we don’t get our last pack. I would like a make right to get this 99 BND fantasy pack. I hope you do better with Madden 27 because this along with the servers going down all the time is unacceptable. Hello everyone, I am posting here in hopes that a community manager can review my situation or point me in the right direction. On April 3, I lost a Josh Allen LTD due to what appeared to be a game issue during a period when many players were experiencing problems. I reported the issue immediately and opened a support case the same day. Since then, I have spent over two months following up with support, providing information, and waiting for updates. Throughout that time, I was repeatedly told that my case had been escalated and was being reviewed. I continued to be patient because I believed the issue was being investigated. However, after more than two months, I was informed that the issue could no longer be verified due to the amount of time that had passed. My concern is that I reported the issue immediately. I did not wait months to contact support. I followed the proper process from the beginning and spent over two months waiting for updates while the case remained under review. I also experienced a separate Draft Night pack issue that I reported to support. I am a Madden VIP player and have spent over $500 on the game this year because I genuinely enjoy playing. This isn’t just about a single card. It’s about spending months trying to get answers and feeling like my case never received a proper resolution despite being reported right away. I am not looking to attack anyone or cause problems. I am simply hoping that someone can review my situation and let me know if there are any remaining options available. Solo seasons token BND Champion
The Solo seasons token BND Champion pack was only giving 4 options a couple months back. I patiently waited for a make right, busy with work and other things. I gave EA the benefit of the doubt to make it right for the community. The pack says it gives 1 of 10 options (image below). I opened the pack and only got 4 options (gif below): This problem was from back in february or march. They fixed the packs and never provided any sort of make right for those who opened the pack and only got 4 options. I opened the pack a 2nd time thinking it glitched. I wasted 64 solo season tokens. That's 8 weeks of work, you can only get 8 per week. You can't get time back. I would think something that is blatant false advertising would be resolved and made right with the players. I was patient. I waited a while to try and see if they'd make it right. Life caught up, I got busy. It doesn't sit right with me that this was never made right with the players. I don't want to start citing laws, but false advertising is illegal at the state and federal level. I would assume EA and Madden wouldn't want to break laws, which is why they typically do make rights. In this situation we had nothing. The pack clearly states 1 of 10 options. At that time we clearly only got 4 options. They knew it was a problem, they fixed it and never did anything to make those of us who were ripped off whole.Can’t get event player
I redeemed the event token set for the first two weeks of theme team surge and just won the event again but can’t redeem aj brown because I got a season 8 token and have redeemed the set the maximum amount of times. How can I get the aj brown without waiting for the next event?Theme team surge H2H event
Played a game the connection was lost and the message said the results and coins from this game will not be recorded. But of course I received the loss still and I just scored a TD. score was 13-7 I was up. EA first it’s the superbowl now this. I won the superbowl didn’t get the win and had to play another superbowl game. Smh no rewards or win after the first game after the opponent quit.
