Season 5 - Team Pass - Forced Fumbles
Not registering, that I can tell. I played 1/10 regular season game (the ones that reward a token at the end, then lead to playoffs, then lead to super bowl) and got like 5 forced fumbles. Team Pass is showing 0/15. Everything else counted correctly, 626/2000 offensive yards + 47/180 team tackles and 9/15 extra points, so I know this is a legitimate game mode mentioned in the requirements, because the other three objectives are working correctly.Wrongful suspension since November 21st, 2025 what do I do?
My account was suspended on November 21, 2025 for "Coin distribution" in which I have never bought or sold coins. I had over 1000+ hours on madden 26 with over 70M coins from working the auction house. I have put in around 10-25 appeals regarding this and asking EA to please look at it seriously. I have made many EA support chats and talked with agents in which they tell me to just go through the process with the TOS team in which I have every time I get the same response saying they have looked over it and feel the ban is justified. I know for a fact the ban cannot be justified and I have seen so many other people within the community with the same problems. I just do not understand how im not able to talk to someone about this problem i have. I cant even talk with the TOS team as they say they are not showing my any evidence regarding the suspension. Today I received this email saying they are never looking at it again basically telling me to stop appealing. How can that make any sense for someone that buys ones product and spends their time on it to basically say we don't want to help you stop appealing? If anybody at EA or with EA connections happens to see this I would really like to talk about this but im sure nothing will be done about this sadly. So I have seen a few forums on this bug, I have spoken to representatives and no fix in site as of now, I was told to post this on forums and help up-vote similar posts here to bring more attention to it. For me it’s been 3-4 days and for others a few weeks. The issue is we can not access our lineup within our ultimate teams without an error occurring and kicking us out of ultimate team. No matter what avenue we take whether through the my team tab under “lineup” or even if we start a game and chose “lineup” and try to edit it that way. Anyway we attempt to change our lineup the same error occurs and we are booted out. It seems it’s on the side of EA and that a solution would be for them to reset our lineup on their end due to gaps in our own lineup chasing the bug. If anyone sees this please upvote it so they can see this issue and resolve it as quickly as they can!
Mut 26 challenge winter wins not counting
I have played the winter wins challenge 4 times know completing it on 4 stars first time and getting 5 stars last 3 times. It never once counted any of my stars. I was playing with my friend and his didn't count either. We both completed it for the first time last night 1/6 and I have completed it twice this morning 1/7. It already screwed me out of s4 xp and I dont want to be screwed out of zero chill field pass xp or the free card im supposed to get.Game freezes and you have to close the app
Buy a pack out the store or trying to upgrade a player with snow or training points. The game says the option you selected is currently unavailable. Even when you complete a set and try to complete another one. Get this game together I don’t want to have to close the app after everything I do.Played a Ranked H2H game no RP points no WIN what type of scam is this???
I was playing my 42nd game and my opponent Zolt_Bandz quit 3rd quarter with 1:11 on the clock because I intercepted the ball. It said game results are being processed. Please wait… So I waited and got no win, no points, the opponent name not even listed in current record like we didn’t even play. Like come on now I almost played the whole game to walk away with nothing. Nah that ain’t right EA The grind need to be respected, I need something for my win or is this retaliation? I added the pic for the game I played before to. I literally have to document everything I do on this game videos and all if needed. Please look into this. For the last 3 weeks or so, when my buddy and I try to play squads, it instantly joins matchmaking, then kicks us both to the main menu, saying that there is a "server error". We've played UT Squads together since madden 18/19 and have never had this issue. Both on next gen consoles, with high speed internet, both in the same time zone. I can play solo ranked as well, but no teams. We've tried everything. Different host, keeping open the third player option, resetting games, closing games.... PLEASE HELP. If anyone has had this issue and has a resolution. Getting pretty fed up with how many glitches and issues are in this game. Feels like its crashing 10x more than any previous madden. Idk if I am the only person with this bug but I can play head to head I can do all of that but every time I try to access my lineup it kicks me back to the startup screen and I have tried to modify lineup in squads seasons and that does not work either. It just says error our servers cannot process your request at this time.
Rewards delete after error code
I bought the zero chill premium field pass yesterday because i realized i was max level for it and it was worth it after the purchase im going through and opening my rewards and i got error coded 3 different times while opening my rewards i just paid for and after every error coded it would send me to the main menu where I can’t click anything so i have to restart my game and when i restart the game and go back in to ultimate team my rewards were gone and i know exactly what rewards are missing what can be done? I also have it happening on video but file size is to bigDid not receive Stocking Stuffers Bundle
I purchased $75.00 worth of madden points (8900) yesterday evening. I intended to use all of those points on the 8900 point Stocking Stuffers Bundle. I went to purchase the bundle, confirmed bundle purchase, and got error coded to the dashboard. I went back into Madden ultimate team and saw I had no Madden points, no new packs from the bundle, and no new cards in my items. I’ve followed all trouble shooting issues according to your support page, including restoring licenses. I talked to an agent and they told me to post this in this forum. They did not help resolve my case. In short, I purchased and received my madden points and then purchased the bundle that I did not receive due to an error code (no proof since PS screen recording wouldn’t record prior to getting dashboarded). This bundle is only available for purchase once, and the evidence that I never received the bundle is that there is still only one remaining bundle left to be purchased in the store. Can any staff member reviewing please help me obtain what I purchased? ThanksZero Chill H2H Event - Missing Token
I beat tier 1 of the event going 10-1 never received my token I did get my snow but wondering where my token is. I’ve heard to restart the app or check the season 4 events field pass neither of those worked for me unfortunately would love to get the token to get Parham considering multiple people received a second token a few days ago but I haven’t even gotten one, also so many times when exciting the game it just doesn’t count the win I don’t think it should be this hard to figure out [CM - updated thread title for visibility]Zero chill token missing still /no help
On December 31, I played and went 10 and one on my event. I’ve never received my token so I can acquire Mike Evans now there’s a new hero in and I still haven’t received the make right. I reached out to EA support and they said they checked and told me I was unqualified after multiple pieces of evidence proving that I won with time stamps
