Twitch drops and Event bug
My twitch drops keep going to the wrong account and whenever I try to switch them it says I can only have one lifetime account connected so I deleted one and used the other and I still got it on a other account. On top of this I decided to play the event and I went 10-0 I got my snow but I’m still missing my flawless run event token and was wondering if it’s because I won’t get it or if I just have to wait.- ThanksNot getting credit for playing the cpu events
I play the events ( cpu and h2h) but I never get credit for them in my season event pass nor does my event pass go up. Usually my event pass does go up just not this season but I never get credit for winning or playing the games. Does anyone have an idea why? Appreciate any helpAutomatic Adam's Pack Issues
First time poster here and I play a huge amount of Madden. I have a mostly Colts theme team and got extra excited to see Adam Vinatieri having a primary kicker card. Over 10 millions coins later, and no luck... I was able to get the Brandon Aubrey from a similar event with just 3 tries last month. Any chance EA can pull records and see if there is an issue with my account? Or is the pull rate here just that rare? The card isn't even particularly great, I know some of you may even tell me to just use Aubrey, but I don't want to lol. Feels like a huge scam to drop 10 million on a BND card with a quicksell of 75,000 coins and still not recieve it.
No Drops/Lineup Server Error Glitch
Got up on the game today was getting the new cards for my titans theme team you feel me. Played a few games everything seemed pretty good (besides my twitch drops still not coming in after days) Then I go to adjust my lineups, next thing you know it says server error and boots me to the main menu. So I was like okay… let me just go back into it. Boom did it again… and again. Turned to an all day thing. Tried looking up forums on if anybody else has had this issue and I seen a few older posts, some said to remove chems, some said remove abilities, restart your game, reinstall. I’ve did everything. Spent hours earlier in the morning trying to contact EA about drops as well just for them to say they’re working on getting players what they are owed with no specific date. I don’t even want to contact them again about this too. Does anybody know a fix for this issue? I appreciate it. Not finna get my hopes up tho. This honestly is too many unnecessary steps for all this smh.Season of giving glitch
Hellos I was playing madden 26 ultimate team and I was playing in the event “season of giving” and I was up 26-25 and my opener competed a 35+ yards PASS and got 2 points for it and secured the victory for himself and I lost the game but in the rules it says he’s supposed to get 1 point
Daily objectives are gone
Is anyone else not seeing the Daily objectives once season 5 rolled out. I don't see them in the field pass. I restarted the game and console a few times and are not showing up. Unless I missed something that they took them out. I am playing on a PS5. Not sure if that makes a difference.I can't stress it enough I'm tired of being ignored
Listen. I've been nice and patient but this is ridiculous. You all are just lazy. I pulled ltd Odell beckham out of the merry mix up packs. That I spent 500k on. And none of my players where there. Including the ltd. And instead of fixing it. You ignore my posts. I've messaged two moderators about my problem and they ignore it. It's been 3 days now when do you plan on doing you jobs.Missing 93 overalls in TOTW BND 91-93 overall packs.
Hello, I am making this post because I received an email from EA help saying to describe my issue here on EA forums to receive better help and get this issue resolved faster. I have reported my issue about 3 times already and have gotten no help or compensation when it comes to my issue. One of my cases though I believed it to be valid actually was closed by EA and they said that there was no fix available. I recently exchanged 25 spotlight tokens in the sets for a Team of the Week BND 91-93 overall pack. The pack I received did not update with the latest release of 93 overall player cards that came out Wednesday, December 10th. The pack I received was supposed to contain 93 overall Christian Watson as well as the other 93 overall player that was released that day. Again, I believe this case is really valid and that I should receive some in game compensation due to this bug/issue. I enjoy this game a lot but bugs like this cause inconvenience and make me not enjoy playing. I even supported my case with photos showing the pack and the cards contained on the inside. I have not yet selected a player from the pack in hopes that it will be updated. I will also provide the photos in this post so that any Madden 26 devs or support teams members can better resolve my issue. The photos show the pack in my unopened pack as well as the pack description and what is contained in the pack. As you can see there is not 93 overall Christian Watson. I have been a supporter of EA and especially madden for a long time so if there is any way I can be compensated or get this issue resolved please, it will be very much appreciated. If possible, I will take the 93 Christian Watson or even a refund of tokens to my account. If there is anything else I can provide to help resolve my case, please reach out.
