STILL MISSING RANKED REWARD!!!!
I’m posting this to bring attention to an issue that EA seems determined to ignore. There is a significant number of players still missing their Madden Ranked Reward cards, and EA has shown little to no effort in resolving it. I’ve personally opened multiple support cases, and was eventually assigned a case manager named Neel. Initially, I believed this meant EA was taking my issue seriously. Unfortunately, it’s become clear that this was just a tactic to stop me from opening new cases — not to actually help. Despite being promised compensation by another EA rep (Manjeet), I’ve received no updates, no resolution, and no transparency. Neel acknowledged the issue but later contradicted the original promise, saying there’s no compensation plan. Since then, I’ve been completely ignored. It’s obvious EA wants affected players to simply give up and accept that we won’t receive the rewards we earned — or any compensation for the inconvenience. This is unacceptable. I’m disgusted by the lack of communication, transparency, and accountability from the EA Madden team. We deserve better. If you’re also missing your ranked rewards, speak up. Let’s make sure this issue doesn’t get swept under the rug. EA, do better.Bring back All-Madden H2H seasons
Bring back all madden h2h seasons in MUT. Playing All pro is brutal and for casual players. 2 months into the game and the improved logic on all madden is much desired. Also for events, have an all madden mode, either with the same or better rewards. This would make grinding events way more enjoyable.Is the Team Builder Field Pass correct?
So, it says that I have 1750 XP to get to the last level in the Team Builders field pass, but I only have one objective left. (I need one more interception) This objective only gives me 1500 XP, which means I can't possibly get the last team captain upgrade token. Can anyone else confirm that this is normal? It seems kind of odd that they would not provide enough XP to get all of the current tokens.Negative Madden Points
I have contacted EA help a numerous amount of times now, and received no help. Yesterday I bought 1600 points and the game didn't register that i bought them So I bought another 1600 and had to rebuild the database on my PS5 for them to load. I spent 1500 on the Field pass and now have -1500 points. EA help has told me to wait 24 hours and its been 24 hours and still the same issue. Does anyone have any similar issues at the moment?MUT lineup screen?
So I'm trying to add players and xfactors to my MUT lineup. Only problem is every time I try to load my lineup screen, I'm told that your servers can't process my request at this time and to try again later. I've been trying again for 3 days. I'm thankful that I can at least play games for now unlike the end of last season. But jeez, at this point it's like what's the 2 week but in Season 3 going to be... Can we fix this expeditiously please.
