Playoff H2H event NO REWARD
I won the playoff h2h event Super Bowl a week ago and still have not received my reward for winning. I’ve talked to 5 EA reps that tell me the company is aware of the issue but it’s been 7 days and they haven’t made a single post about it and every rep just tells me the “game team” is working on it. Not sure what’s so difficult about giving people who grind out a PvP H2H event the reward for winning the Super Bowl. I’ve contacted them on X too and haven’t received an answer. FIX THIS EA SPORTSWE NEED ANSWERS EA!! 😡😡
I’ve waited over a month and just didn’t get my event player after winning Super Bowl event and adds to a list of 3 things and nobody has does anything g or even responded. Your help chat is not even real people and has gave everybody the sane response and no progress at all has been made. You don’t even respond back to these post at all this is like my 7th. We are wasting time obviously in game and money and missing content and you guys are just giving g is the run around from bots not real people. Simple questions u ask in chat makes it obvious they are bots and always transfer me over with sane response with next agent. WE NEEDS ANSWERS!!Accelerated clock: are these expected behaviors?
I've noticed two odd things about the accelerated clock. One is that it seems to always run in challenges even if I have it set to off in game options. This can make it way more difficult to complete challenges that are based on what you achieve during "this quarter" rather than "this drive" (since they're usually three minute quarters). The second thing which I just noticed in the last challenge (I don't think it was doing this before), when the accelerated clock runs down after I went out of bounds, the play clock also ran down. I'm no expert on football rules, but I thought "going out of bounds stops the clock" was one of the most basic rules there is. Are these expected values or bugs?Is there any way to find out about Twitch drops in advance?
I've been keeping an eye on the Twitch page that shows all current drop campaigns, because I missed the one on the 21st. Then I missed the one on the 27th too, so I started checking multiple times today (the 28th). I checked at 6 PM EST, and there wasn't anything for Madden. Then I checked again at 9, from what I thought was an overabudance of caution, and found an active drop campaign for Wed, Jan 28, 6:55 PM - Wed, Jan 28, 9:29 PM EST. But it seems like the official Madden channel is the only channel that qualifies for the drops, and that channel stopped streaming two hours ago. So apparently more like 6:55 to 7:40? I don't think I'm ever gonna get into the habit of checking Twitch every 40 minutes, so the only way I would ever know about something like this is to be told about it in advance. End rant; the question again is, how do I found out about these extremely short Twitch drop campaigns in advance?Improperly banned??
This is my first year playing MUT and have spent A TON on packs, content, players to build my team to my liking. Last night I was accused by EA of coin distribution?? I’ve never done that or even know what that means!! I had planned to buy packs today for the SB promo but now with this it makes it not worth it. NEED HELP AND GUIDANCE ON UNBANNING MY ACCOUNT!!!So i complete these superbowl challenges and it glitches
I do these challenges complete them all that’s available atm. All bonuses and it shows thatbi completed them but im unable to get the rewards pack bc one screen shows that its done and complete i cant even goninto the challege page anymore but the rewards shows me missing a star and wont give me the pack.. but i rly have completed them all im pissed i havent gotta the reward though and i cant do anything about.. like grrrr
