Hello, I Still have not received the pre-order content. I Have finally received my Rookie premiers (had to log back in to m25, complete a challenge and then reload m26 for any of those who are unsure how to do it) Still missing: Season 1 elite player (Hurts) Cover Athlete (Barkley) Hall of fame player (Would be gates more than likely) Julius Peppers 4600 Points **200 Coaching points do work when I create a franchise** we are multiple days in, Please Advise. Thank you
Rookie Premiere Tokens missing
Hello, Received my x3 Rookie Premiere players + Will Johnson on time at launch but I am still missing my x3 Rookie Premier 32 Team Chem tokens? Has anyone else had this issue? All RP challenges and sets were completed on MUT 25, but for whatever reason my 32 team chem tokens haven't been granted yet. Please help, thank you! AJ
Missing pre-order content.

Madden PC [Steam] crashing game after game
Online h2h crashes EVERY game. I have yet to be able to finish one fully. Same goes for squads with friends. What's the point of releasing a game that crashes/turns pc off every time you aren't even halfway done with the game? Sad excuse for a multi-million if not billion dollar company. Same issues year after year.
No rewards in Solo Seasons: The League or The Run
Is anyone playing the solo season, The League or the Run, and not getting the packs at the end of each win? I played the 10 games, then the playoffs and Superbowl, and only got two packs. The same is true for the Run. I get the minimum or nothing. I see the reward screen with no rewards, just the title at the bottom saying “rewards.” I click, and nothing happens. I also, see that I should of had packs or coins or both at specific wins but I tried uninstalling the game and give hours from logging in to see a fix. At this point I'm grinding for a Hail Mary pack after 5 or 10 wins lol any help will be welcomed. Thanks!
Not Letting me Play Solo Challenges…
I was on ultimate team and I was trying to play some solo challenges and every time I try to play them as soon as I pick a play it closes my game and it won’t let me play it and it just keeps on doing it. I try to delete the game and reinstall it and it’s still doing the same problem.Missing Preorder Content
STILL missing my pre order stuff! I know everyone is still haven't gotten theirs either but it's been 3 days now and I still don't have my 4600, Jalen Hurts, Saquan, and Hall of Fame pack! Spent so much on the bundle to only miss some of the offers! This needs to be fixed ASAP for everyone!Madden 26 Pre Order Content Missing
It’s been a few days since release now and I am still not only missing my 4600 points, but also missing my Jalen hurts, cover athlete etc, and waiting on all my pre order content still. I also bought 2800 points today and no points show in my account. I would like this fixed please somehow.
MUT Out Of Position Players
Has there been a change to how out of position players work in MUT? I have Pregame Access Robert Spillane upgraded and the "Sam" alternate position chemistry applied However, when I place him in the lineup as the "Sam" linebacker it states he's out of position and does not contribute to chemistry In the past, if I player has alternate position they counted towards team chemistry Is this change by design or is it a bug? Thanks
