MUT 26 TRAINING REFUNDS NOT WORKING (PS5)

Does anyone know how to fix the issue of not receiving your training refund for player abilities in MUT 26? I've tried everything. I have deactivated abilities first, tried it from the binder instead...

You can get your partial refund by refunding their chemistry progression
