My snow was stolen because the game kicks me out.

This morning I woke up to open Zero Chill packs that you buy with Snow, but when I decided to buy the first pack, which was a mystery pack, the game lagged and kicked me out.  I went back into the game and the worst part was that it didn't give me the package I bought and it didn't even give me back my snow cone, but I didn't care because it's not worth much, so I decided to open an extra-large one And the same thing happened again. The worst part was that I had gotten a champion, and that's when I got annoyed and was praying that he would leave my champion's gift there, so I went back in. And surprise, surprise, I didn't have either my champion And he didn't give me back my snow either.
