My team pass was reset back to level 1

Hello I’m upset because I got the mvp edition and I been playing madden 26 since August 7th. Today there was an update to Madden 26 on Xbox I downloaded the update. My team pass was at level 20 and after the update it got reset to level 1. I want to know why and how that happen

    The Team Pass was only meant to run for seven days, so from the start of early access to today. A new Team Pass has started now that the game has his worldwide launch.

    EA_Kent​ I guess I too, don't understand.  I paid for the Team Pass on day one that early access started. Then today when I login, the game wants to hit me up again for payment and reset me to zero. So I paid for it again today..... Is the content different or were we double charged for the same content? At least the first time it gave me instant rewards, this time zero, zilch, nada, nothing.
