No bonus blitz points

Bought a pack yesterday said 3000 bonus blitz point points and never received any of them was part of the main reason I even got the bundle to get the bonus blitz points

Can’t make a report for harassment.
Every time I try to submit a report for harassment I get this error code. Someone has my personal address and made multiple death threats over a simple game of Madden.
