No reward for Unreal Moment (CPU)

Hello ! I'm new on MUT 26 and I don't understand everything..

I've just finished the event Unreal Moment (CPU) and I reached level 6. At the end of the event I didn't received any reward (season 2 Events player pack). Do you know why ?

Is there a way to claim theses rewards ?
