Online Franchise draft pick issues

Hello, 

I play in an online franchise league with 15 friends. We just started our 2029 season. At the beginning of the season, each time was granted their 2031 draft picks, except my team didn’t receive any, and another team received 2 sets of duplicate picks (both picks per round show as original to the owner, not “From: Other team”. 

is there any way to correct this?

obviously he can trade me one of each pick, but we don’t know which belong to him, and which belong to me.
