Paid for mvp bundle got basic bundle

Both NCAA and Madden 26 were supposed to be the deluxe editions. Neither are. It’s been a month for NCAA and no change. Any hope madden will be resolved?  I paid more for the better edition on both. ...

I am missing MVP Edition Packs as well. I am also missing Premium Season One Pass rewards.
