Please FiX SS mode I need help

I have 1 SS a RB and when I goto swap character the screen just glitches and flashes so fast I can't click exit or delete as well as create a different position. Only way to get out of it is close app. I'm on ps5 have Ncaa and my RTG works just fine. Rest of madden works just fine and it's fun. I just Wana resolve this SS mode issue. Please advise if there is a way to delete the save memory of SS mode any other way than "swap character page" or if something else can be done. It's not Fun.
