Power no tracking for Genki

I've posted a couple of times, and I've seen other posts, but no replies to the issue with power not tracking in the Genki event. Is this an unresolved issue that some of us are going to have to live with or has it been resolved but EA just isn't going to do anything? Either option isn't really palatable and nor is it consistent with a company that cares about customer support. It's been some time now so some further information, either way, would be appropriate.

    Nobody ever did reply to this. When something prevents me from playing the game and support staff don’t even bother to reply I feel disrespected. I don’t want to because it prevents me from playing, but can’t help it. So I’m gone. Check my stats-I’ve played over 1,000 hours each of the last three years. It would behave you, when you lose a player as dedicated as I was, to try to understand why and do something to fix it. I’ll have a look at franchise, but the days of buying every new release and spending hours on MUT are gone.

    Madden Mobile show be ashamed charging so much money. I am a loyal customer that plays daily.  You just cut my team down for no reason. I was 4700 now down to 4500. Why?! I  am upset and what to quit. I have spent so much on this game with NO rewards. It's just not fair. You stop my stamina. You hold me back. I want to play and improve. Help me!!
