Progressive Fatigue/Wear and Tear

Which game mode were you playing when the issue happened? Franchise

Did you get any error messages? No

What happened in the game leading up to the issue? If you toggle off Wear and tear in franchise, Progressive fatigue automatically turns on and vice versa.

What was supposed to happen before the issue came up? Both progressive fatigue and Wear and Tear should be able to be turned off.
