PS5 Superstar stuck on load screen

In Superstar mode every time I play a game it gets stuck on the load screen and won’t return to the menu. If I close the game and reopen it moves on to the next game but then won’t load after that game ends. I have tried everything from deleting and redownloading the game to booting in safe mode and clearing cash and rebuilding.  Nothing works
