Ps5 trophies not unlocking

There are two trophies/achievements that still cant be unlocked. "Rushing record breaker" and "Passing record breaker" have been bugged since launch. Can we get them fixed or even removed at this point. Lots of trophy and achievement hunters play and spend money on these games.
