QB/CB Career Glitch

I was playing showdown on my QB & went to switch to my CB & the careers glitched over each others putting my QB on the bears where my CB was and changing the overall of the QB and I can’t even load up career on either player it dashboards me. I put in 2 tickets just for customer care to say they can’t help me when I paid money for skill points and to upgrade badges on both of these players. And now I can’t play or get help. As you see in the video on my QB I am now a 75 overall & not on any roster but it shows me as a bear with all steeler player influences.
