Ranked desync exploit?

Experienced a desync error in a ranked game I was winning 14-0. Buddy must’ve unplugged the router or something as it desyncs right after I scored my second touchdown. Anyways, it didn’t count and I’m pissed. Leave it to EA to have no integrity and glitchy exploits like such in their game. Is there even a proper place to submit a report? Or do I just do it here?? If you’re looking EA, my Gamertag is Master P7710 and my weasel opponent was c_ryan_77 match ended approximately 10:56 pm est on 8/2. I’d appreciate if we counted a fair game.
