Roster uniforms not updating to current team XboxX/S

I’ve noticed that every time I acquire new players through free agency or trades, their uniforms still show their previous team instead of the one they’re currently on. It’s driving me nuts — I’ll check my roster and see a bunch of mismatched jerseys. I know it’s a small thing, but it really breaks the immersion for me.
Is this a known bug or something I can fix?

 Would love to hear if others are seeing this too.
