Were you able to reach someone by phone or were you talking to them via form posts? I never saw and posts that acknowledged the issue or asked for info and steps taken so far.
Of course I agree that there is an issue but I have tried every step that they have site and some steps on the Xbox site for series x.
Up until this started last week, the main issue I was having was getting all of my plays to show in custome offense playbook, that one I have been able to live with but this just sends you a circle to update then to save then after reorganizing the depth chart it says the same thing. Doesn’t matter how you try and save it same problem.
As a test I started only making 2 changes to the depth chart and then saving it. Once I started to grin a match, same message of if you want to play online must update roster.
Seems like they could temporarily take the rosters back to the last time it was working for us
