Run Block slider does not work. Way too many TFL’s.

I have Run Blocking set to 100 and Pass blocking set to 100, and I am seeing upwards of 13 TFL’s per team per game (on average) and upwards of 4.5 sacks per team per game on average. This should not be the case if these sliders are working properly.
