RUNNING OUT OF BOUNDS DOESN’T STOP THE CLOCK???!!!
Correct me if I’m mistaken but I’m pretty sure in the NFL when you run out of bounds the clock is supposed to stop. But it’s so 50/50 in this game and it makes no sense.

It only stops the clock with 4 minutes left in 2nd and 4th quarter.
