PS5 online franchise had the same issue they subbed in the kicker at quarterback but the change wasn't in my depth chart the game just decided to sub my QB for my kicker then sub my CB with my WR, I mainly notice this when I am having the game sim part of the game I always play offense so it mainly happens to me when i have the Defense run Sim but have seen it using the "Play the Moment" Sim as well
