superstar ko does not work

I have tried every method to fix this but when i open superstar i go into my draft combine cutscene when you first enter and I can either skip cutscene or not but either one leads to a infinite cutscene loop or madden closing entirely I have tried deletinng my saved data from everywhere ad restarting my xbox and removing and re adding my account if you think of another solution i probably tried it but i go straight back after opening madden superstar and all other modes work by the way
