Superstar no huddle is broken

Whenever I try to call a hurry up play in Superstar, the play is always audibled without showing me the updated play art, so I never have any idea what play is actually being run. On top of that, half the time it audibles to a spike, and there is also a bug where whenever a spike is called, I can't hike the ball. I've lost like 4 games now because of this.
