Superstar not working

I have been unable to access superstar mode for months because of an error that keeps happening. Please fix this ea I love this mode and want to play it.

Can’t make a report for harassment.
Every time I try to submit a report for harassment I get this error code. Someone has my personal address and made multiple death threats over a simple game of Madden.

Anything in superstar ko? Me and 2 friends bout the game just to play with each other and after 3 days have yet to been able to load into a lobby with each other. Need a fix!
