Superstar showdown Jump Ball Challenge

Madden wont allow me to access and of the modes me and my friends want to play. Paid thousands between MUT, the game and add on just to lose the jump ball challenge, snickers mode (which is needed to upgrade player) and others with no fix or patch from EA..... we need a fix or madden 27 wont be purchased
