Team Builder Sleeve Layers Still Not Fixed

Team Builder in CFB26 seems to be working just fine, but when I want to design a team in the Madden version of the website, I cannot place any Custom Layer Logos on the Sleeves, which is tough, because that's where a lot of creativity can come into play. I see that there seem to be some downloadable custom teams that have found ways to place logos and designs on the sleeves, but as I've searched the internet it seems that many other players are seeming to have the same problem. Instead of placing the image on the left or right sleeve, it instead places the logo as far to the left/right as possible on the chest layer and when trying to manually move the image into the sleeve region, it disappears entirely.
