Throttling users? wheres the fix?

in the attached video you will see a user score a touchdown, the problem with that is, this user throws a pass that NO smart individual would throw. Why you ask? Because me clicking on said defender should have ample time and ability to intercept this pass. But no Madden 26 does not allow you to click on and actually move your player to make an immediate play on the ball. I have several clips of this nature where I click on the logically defender to make the logical play on defense( intercepting the ball) But EA has it so that you cant control your defenders or if so happen they let a user change his direction to break on the ball no animation to catch the ball or knock it down will be given. Defensive users are throttled down. what reason is there for this? I know I am not the only one that this has happend to time after time. you guys catered so much to the offensive side of the ball this year it is ridiculous, nothing but a score fest and you throttle users to keep lesser players in the game which is making this the worst madden in history. Defense is absolutly unplayable. Are we getting a fix for this?
