Unstoppable pack glitch

THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED LIKE NEEDS TO ASAP. So I won the house rules for the unstoppable promo. I then redeemed my rewards and got the 88 unstoppable fantasy pack and I saved it. Me having a giants theme team was very excited to get a free deter Lawrence. I've waited all day and have tried over 20 times and the new players are not in the fantasy pack. They should be in the pack but ofc they wouldn't be. This happens all the time and is quite ridiculous. I better get all the new players in the pack soon or I will be very mad.
