During games in Franchise the wear and tear shows up blank and greyed out.

Wear and Tear just doesn't work. Its a broken feature. The fact it took this long this year to get sliders into franchise mode is ridiculous.
Better off just turning them off
yo does the game crash after editing any player in franchise mode still?
