Week to Week Wear & Tear does not work properly

I've been noticing that players with no Wear & Tear impact after their week 1 game will suddenly have Wear & Tear impact at the beginning of Week 2. This makes no sense. If anything, they should have...

EA_Kent​ THE WEEK TO WEEK CARRYOVER SYSTEM FOR WEAR & TEAR IS COMPLETELY BROKEN. I HAVE SIMMED TO THE END OF THE SEASON MULTIPLE TIMES, AND TEAMS HAVE NO MORE WEAR & TEAR IN WEEK 2 THAN THEY DO IN WEEK 17. EA NEEDS TO FIX THIS!
