Why aren’t I in top 100 for Online H2H?

Screenshot explains my issue. Idk if it is normal amount but I get like 20-30 ranking points every game won. This seems weird because according to the leaderboards every single person has at least 1200 more than me? This includes people who have 5 more wins than me but 20 more losses?

Would love someone from EA to explain how this is accurate?
