Won’t Rank Me Higher in H2H

I play a lot of H2H and I like to work my way up through the different ranks. I recently reached 3237 RP which based off the ranks says i should be Top 100 as that’s only 3200 RP needed. It won’t give me the rewards after i’ve grinded to get this
