Dynamic Subs is useless.

Big surprise. How the hell am I supposed to know the down and distance of the following play? I have a 2nd and 10 so I have to sub my jumbo package in and just hope I end up with a 3rd and 1??? Then I end up with my jumbo package in on 3rd and 10 if I throw an incomplete pass. What an incompetent company this is. Nothing ever changes. Do you people ever think? I want my money back honestly. Lied to again.
