There really needs to be the option to have a closed wrist band coach for the secondary color. That’s the one that I want 99% of the time but the only option is the open which looks like trash. Also I beta tested madden 27 and you did not change one singular thing for character customization other than adding like 3 new tattoos. I've had this error message for the past seven days when I attempt to access my league. EA support is non-existent -- it's an exhaustive process to even chat with a real person, and even then it's someone who seems to have no ability to solve or escalate the problem. I was told it was being escalated on a few occasions, but when reviewing my case in my profile, I found they closed the ticket as "no fix available" immediately after the conclusion of my chats. Posted about this on another forum here, and a moderator pointed out that there was only one other instance of someone having this issue. (When I initially chatted with an advisor, I was told there were several people having the same issue and that it was being worked on, I didn't have to do anything else, etc.) My theory on this is that other league owners may be having this problem, but after being stonewalled by EA they probably just bite the bullet and start their leagues over. I'm interested in hearing from others who may be having this issue, at present or in the recent past. I have reached out to Gamespot and a few of the more popular folks in the Madden community, but would like to know whether this is just a one-off or if it's a common problem.Relocation uniform bugs and glitches
Will you please fix the bugs and glitches in the relocation uniforms in Madden 27 since we probably won’t get team builders in offline franchise again? Half the uniforms are broken in some way. The Steamers away pants are glitched, the Black Knights have white helmets, the Sentinels and Shamrocks jersey numbers are glitched, the Nighthawks and Bulls helmets are glitched. Madden 27 franchise mode should allow you to relocate using custom uniforms in the connected franchise mode. I play in leagues (with 32 users) and a lot of us would like to be able to upload custom uniforms AFTER the commissioner starts the league. I think this is a quick fix that would add a major boost to the franchise leave for guys like me who like to kick butt in style.Solo Cloud Franchise Temporarily Unavailable
Hi EA Support, I’m having an issue accessing one specific Madden 26 solo cloud franchise. When I try to open the league, I get a message saying the franchise/league is temporarily unavailable and to try again later. This does not seem like a general connection issue because my other cloud franchises load normally. The issue appears to be isolated to this one specific cloud franchise save. Issue details: Platform: PC EA ID / Gamertag / PSN: jvbexperience Franchise type: Solo Cloud Franchise Franchise name: jvbexperience_8 Approximate time the issue started: tired to access on 6/21, ongoing Error message: “Franchise/league is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.” Other cloud franchises working: Yes Other online modes working: Yes Internet connection working: Yes Game restarted: Yes Console/PC restarted: Yes I have already tried restarting the game, restarting my system, checking my internet connection, and opening other cloud franchises. Since other cloud franchises are working normally, it seems like this specific franchise may be stuck, locked, or corrupted server-side. Can someone please check whether this specific franchise can be restored, unlocked, or repaired? I would really appreciate help because I do not want to lose this cloud franchise save. Thank you.
XBOX controller on PC ver in Franchise-no response when trying to play a game.
Madden 26 - Franchise Mode Problem: The controller is working fine until I attempt to play the first game. The game launches but the controller is unavailable. I have looked up via Google the issues and tried the following with no luck; Disable Steam Controller Closed EA Launcher Switched from Wireless to USB connection on the controller Removed the Wireless controller and then connect with the controller wired On Steam, checked for file issues I am very frustrated!!! What we need from Madden 27: Franchise Mode: Import draft classes from College Football 27 to Madden This is a MUST! And will GUARANTEE huge “PRESALES!” It’s actually quite simple. I understand NFL licensing and college NIL, but if the import draft class college players are computer generated and they have no ties to NIL. After 5 season of college football “27” dynasty mode, ALL of the players on each team’s roster are computer generated. Thus no ties to NIL, thus should be eligible to import into Madden “27.” This one small but huge change is what ALL Madden franchise players want and need! To announce something like this will increase pre sale to possibly record sale. Please consider this one major change. More detailed and more realistic NFL draft After watching this past 2026 NFL draft, in franchise mode we need the draft to resemble real life draft. Please introduce a “Draftcast” during the teams draft pick. The “Draftcast” can possibly show the teams positions of need, last season record, place in division, best available, trade news. During the franchise draft we should be able to see our past draft picks during the draft. When I’m drafting players I sometimes forget which position or player I drafted in the earlier rounds. During our draft selections we should be available to see our past picks along with team needs. This will improve to the franchise mode drafting tremendously, try to make it more realize as far as information given on the screen. (Best available, team needs, draft order etc.) this can be news ticker or “crawl” shown on the bottom of the screen, just a like a real life NFL draft. Also if possible give us more detail information of each prospect, “medical history,” (type of past injuries, how many missed games during college career) “awards,” (Heisman, Doak awards etc) “accolades” (All-SEC or 2nd team Big Ten etc) Free agency during the season, we need to know the player’s career stats and injury history. In real life these are major factors when deciding to add a free agent during the regular season. In Madden 26 during the regular season if I decide to add a free agent I can’t view their career stats or injury history. This is much needed please.

Is anyone having the issue with abilities resetting on each player after every game or when you leave the franchise mode? This happens to me in online leagues and also in my own offline franchise. It almost makes my franchise unplayable because I have to reassign my players abilities after every game and even after I complete my weekly strategy. EA please help!!CB ended up in free agency
I'm in a franchise with 6 others. 2 years in a row I have lost a player somehow that ended up in free agency somehow. His contract wasn't up and still had a year left. No option to sign him again and he ended up on the Bengals. I only noticed this because I was using him as a linebacker. He was a corner. Only had 2 other corners. Help thanks.
New Sim-light Franchise
A new Franchise looking to be started up with emphasis on simulation with a few quality of life changes. The idea being to make the game a little bit more enjoyable to the casual player while keeping that simulation feel. The coaching abilities are just plain non sense no coach has the ability to make every d lineman on his team better at any given skill set .. franchise mode is not for players who want arcade like play so please respect those of us who’ve been playing this mode for 20 years as well as these kids
