Updated Development Traits not Updated when starting new Franchise

Ran into this issue with last year's final development trait update, and it was never fixed. Multiple users are reporting that the newly updated development traits aren't carrying over to franchise mode, when starting a new franchise with the new rosters. Player overalls are updated in Franchise, IE Achane is an 87 with the new update and in franchise, Bucky Irving is an 86 with the update and in franchise, however neither have their SuperStar trait. JSN is now an Xfactor, and a star when starting a new franchise. When starting a new online franchise, player overalls are updated, not the traits.
