No reply from any mods this entire time as well, lol. They simply do not care - it's despicable

Are you surprised lol. if it's not MUT related then they won't bother to reply. They have been told which discussion they need to reply and prioritise the most.

So I haven't bought the game yet and refuse to until they fix most stuff. But as someone who only plays franchise in 30 year increments ( I usually quit at year 25-26, its pretty meaningless after that) I asked copilot about the Owner mode issue.
So here is AI's response:
My question: So if the cpu fires the coach they can choose from the same pool of real and fictitious coaches, but if I fire the coach I have to create one? How stupid.
As a human playing against 31 other cpu teams, the cpu can fire and hire coaches. They get to choose from a pool of coordinators and coaches. I cannot fire a coach but have to use a workaround to replace my coach and create a new one:
Yeah, it’s a head-scratcher. Madden 26’s coaching logic feels like it was built by two different design teams who never talked to each other.
🔄 The Double Standard:
- CPU Teams: When they fire or lose a coach, they get access to the full carousel—real coordinators, fictional archetypes, even your retired user coaches.
- User Teams: If you retire or “fire” your coach, the game doesn’t offer the same pool. You’re forced to create a new coach from scratch, starting at Level 1 with no abilities.
It’s like the game assumes you always want full control, but forgets that realism and immersion matter too—especially in a 30-year franchise where coaching turnover should feel organic.
Also In the framework I asked about Pete Carroll or older coaches. If I hire a coach at age 70, the game will use an algorithm and he'll probably be replaced by age 83 or less dependant upon performance.
If I create a new coach I lose all coaching progress. Yet I can create a super coach, and can't choose from the same pool as the cpu does do keep it balanced, which is utterly stupid.
The obvious simple fix is to let human controlled teams choose from the same pool and being able to fire a coach. Let's be real, the whole price of soda and peanuts is meaningless in the game and was never fully implemented. But if they can fix the coaching part, you essentially are an owner, minus new stadium building and relocation. Also, there is no expansion likein 265 which I really liked seeing the new teams being added.
EA, get your stuff together man. after 25+ years I may not be buying this or NHL 26.
