Error 264- SuperstarMode

Have been unable to play superstar mode for some months now! Getting error code 264. Uninstalled game and reinstalled and didn’t fix it. Looking for advice to get this fixed.

I am getting error code 264 I’ve been trying to contact Ea since October over this issue and I haven’t heard anything back
