When are yall going to fix Superstar on Madden 26....?
I want a discount on Madden 27 because I paid for the game and its features and Superstar is one of those features... I'm extremely irritated with how it has not worked in months and yall have no solutions to fixing it. DO YOUR JOB AND FIX THE GAME....... [CM edit - formatting]You can play Superstar-mode only once!?
Hey EA, what is this? I play Madden only for the Superstar mode, bought it, started the mode, accidentally simulated the combine.. Wanted to star over, but.... YOU CAN'T!??? I'm on PC/EA app, and you can only create ONE superstar!? So even if you didn't mess up somehow, you can play it ONCE!!?? So you are not able to try other positions and even if you play the game through and retire, you can't play again? So for 70€ you can play once.... What is this!? I know people hate on Madden because of all the bugs etc and for sure even the Superstar mode has gone worse every year from the times you could play any position, hire agents etc, but this takes the cake. Only one game, and if you mess it up, that's that. No way. Fix this please or at least mention this in the description as a new feature!!
Madden 26 Superstar mode is broken. DC issues need fixed!!
I am having issues with being disconnected from the EA servers during my superstar season. There are times when I can play 4 games in a row and times when I can't play one without being disconnected multiple times within the same game. Then I lose all of the game data for that game. Why is there no saving point?? Why is there no option to play offline??? Why can't a company such as EA not get this figured out before launch or hotfix this? This is not your best work... Right now, it's not worth playing because I'm not sure if I will be disconnected and lose all of my saved progress.Superstar mode Film student needs to be fixed
Film student is showing late and at times is not showing at all. What's the point of film student if it shows late and sometimes doesn't show at all?? I can't make the adjustments needed, nor can I guest play right for me time if film student isn't working. It needs to be fixedGive us real playbooks in Superstar
Hi EA team, I have to say it’s really disappointing that in Madden 26 Superstar Mode (QB) we still can’t use our team’s actual playbook. Instead, we’re stuck with the same simplified “shared” playbook no matter which team drafts us. Why is this still a thing in 2025? The whole point of getting drafted by a specific team is to experience that team’s real offensive system. Yet you’ve removed that depth entirely and replaced it with a generic playbook that feels stripped down and boring. Is this just because of the playbook unlock mechanic? If so, that’s not a good excuse — you literally have a working system for this in College Football 26, so just use that framework. This feels like a lazy design choice that completely undermines the immersion and variety of Superstar Mode. Players want to feel the difference between being a 49er, a Chiefs QB, or a Ravens QB — not to run the same 15 generic plays over and over again. Please reconsider this decision, or at least communicate if there’s a technical reason for it. Superstar Mode deserves more than a “one-size-fits-all” playbook. [CM edit - CAPS]

Same exact issue same exact errors , haven't been able to access Superstar mode for 2-3 months only play this game mode & franchise mode don't give a bleep about microtransactions mode mut or hth. Talked to 20 representatives from EA & everyone of em said its on their side but there is nothing they can do about it but transfer to advance technical department team to patch that was almost 3 months ago. They don't care cus not make $. Don't make sense for em. All the care about is MUT & HTH & MAYBE franchise mode.
Superstar CB and LB sphere of influence.
Is there a better way to get influence with players as a CB or LB? I play decent and get B+ to A ratings in every game but the rest of my team sucks. I get all the negatives for players when I can't make a play on every down. I get the starting role then get stuck because I don't get 6 ints and 7 fumbles a game. It's really annoying.Superstar mode
I don’t understand how this issue has been going on over four months ain’t no way yall don’t know the issue and if you don’t somebody need to get fired yall got one job and one job only this is ridiculous yall keep making updates but ain’t fixed the problem everyone been and keeps speaking on you people are weird
MODE SUPERSTAR TOUJOURS INDISPONIBLE
Hello, SUPERSTAR mode still isn't working and keeps displaying the same error message (see screenshot)... Therefore, it's impossible to play the SNICKERS event... I've already complained several times about consistently getting this error message, and frankly, I'm starting to lose patience. SUPERSTAR mode has been unavailable for at least three months now, **bleep** it! Your job is to provide a working game, but you're not capable of doing that. I suggest you change careers because your level of incompetence is seriously bordering on the ridiculous... Have a bad day... An extremely disappointed player...Im not asking for much....
Im just gonna lay it out there and hope EA finally decides to make these changes: First off, I love madden but.... Franchise mode still sucks, its very simple, basic, monotone, lazy and has no depth. Needs: 2k Sports already does this, btw... In-depth contract negotiations (the ability to set the option to void out remaining years of a contract before offering a contract, custom alternate uniform creation for real teams, fully customizable head coachs (from eye color to actual weight size), return of the balanced, run & gun, traditional west coast, spread, etc playbooks, actual coordinators who can be developed and hired to other teams HC vacancies, return of the GM franchise mode, in depth roster decisions, impactful player moods, off-field concerns before and during scouting and draft periods, off-field issues during the season. Taunting fouls, horse collar fouls, roughness when running out of bounds on the QB calls, ejections during the game, Suspensions for a game to a season. More teams making impactful trades. Random trades from teams for players who seem disgruntled. No trade clause options, more clause options in general, the ability option to offer a HC, GM status if level and wins reach certain benchmarks. The ability to promote from within. More in depth coaching staff (HC, AHC, OC, DC, AOC, ADC, LB coach, Wide Receivers coach, Secondary Coach, OL coach, DL coach, QB coach). The ability to have 1 coach hold 2 positions (The OC can also be the QB or WR, The DC can also be the DL, Secondary, or LB coach simultaneously.) The ability to hire coaches from college. More in depth x-factor traits. Superstar could use a major in-depth dialogue rehaul, its garbage. Same cutscene moments with the same dialogue. It has no depth at all. Decisions need to have some and more effect on career. Not just lower or boost relationships, the relationships are bare minimum usage. Need some depth, needs an immersed world you can enter to join your teammates for weekly activities. Be able to buy a house, a car, start a charity, raise money, more in depth brand moments. Meeting Jordan or Taylor swift, yes, Taylor swift. Marketing purposes.. Having random celebrities at the games during the opening kickoff. The ability to influence free agents that you built connection with in college or while playing for the same team they played on. The anthem should be played before the game with the flag covering the field. Just like in the games. Playoff games need more of a major feel. Commentary needs ALOT of work and way more depth all the way around and the music choice for games should go to a voting system from the public each year. Just my opinion..Keep getting errors
Whenever I try to load up the superstar game mode my screen goes black for about 15 seconds and then an error message pops up on the bottom I’ve tried deleting the game and redownloading it I’ve tried downloading saved files I’ve tried just about everything and idk what else to try so if someone could please help that’d be nice.Superstar + career mode + ranked superstar
When EA released Madden Superstar, many fans thought it was a big step in the right direction, but it wasn’t. The career mode is limited to 4 positions, which is strange. It has many bugs, and the movement isn’t as fluid as in the other game modes. The Superstar 3v3 mode doesn’t even work properly. You can play 1 game, then when you’re finished, you return to the lobby to ready up for another game, only to be met with issues where the game won’t start. It lags, crashes, or simply kicks you from the party. The only fix is to restart your game or delete the game. Superstar and the career mode seem to be the same year after year, with EA not seeming to care about these modes and just transferring them from previous Maddens. If Madden wants to continue to be successful, it needs to put together a solid game where all the modes are worked on and produced well enough for all the game modes to be enjoyed. I personally think it’s ridiculous that people spend between $100 and $60 for this game, depending on when you buy it, and the game seems to be the same result every time. Just a copy-and-paste from previous years, with new players and some new cosmetics. Do better, EA!Suggestions: Superstar Mode
If it's too much work to allow all positions (preferable!), at-least allow tight-end, safety and defensive-end. That's really the minimum. Make it a REAL career simulator. In other words, not a "scripted road to super-stardom". If you don't play well, you get benched, limited minutes, even cut ("game over"). You have to earn superstardom, becoming a star should not be a scripted outcome. The fun/satisfaction comes in earning it. Not it being scripted. Other characters react realistically to your current standing (see "more forking/complex decisions" down the list). Much more detailed player creator. To be honest, the one we have is just lazy. Allow morphing and tweaking of body parts (arms, thighs, shoulder-width, etc.). Have a look at Paradox's Crusader Kings III to see a player-creator done right. TRASH ALL CUT SCENES. They're useless, repetitive, boring, half-assed and have negligible consequences. Their main current contribution is adding loading time. If done right, a simple dialogue-box pop-up with the relevant character's portrait, message and choices would be absolutely fine. Add more forking/complex & relevant decisions. If you cut all the irrelevant cut-scenes, that should free up development time and scope to concentrate on making a really nice forking decision tree that actually has real in-game consequences and a lot more complexity. One that could be completely different every play through. The more unique, complicated and varying you can make this, the more replayability this mode will have. Do not try and copy 2K's MyCareer mode. Make something better. Nobody needs a "scripted storyline" or scripted cut-scenes. Don't force things on the player. A tattoo-artist connection? I don't even have any tattoos and don't want them. But that's just one example. Make the player's decisions matter. Let the player be their own hero, not a scripted, generic one that is the same every play through. It's currently impossible to make a player 230-240lbs. "Standard" body type caps at 230lbs and "Muscular" starts are 240lbs. Fix this. More body-types would be very welcome here. Skinny -> Slim -> Standard -> Muscular -> Bulky -> Heavy -> Huge. Something like that. Give us freedom.
