HELP PLS

EA I’ve already posted on this forum before and it’s been weeks since I’ve seen able to play superstar mode and I’ve still yet to hear a response from you guys on helping. It’s bad enough you guys don’t have actual support to talk to. Please help be able to play the game I spent over 100 dollars on. Like this is brutal no response, no fix, you guys need to be better help.
